The FSD wouldbe requested to provide similar assistance tothem when required. HD's video tape on suchtraining will also be useful in this regard.The D of FS also supports this recommendation.Recommendation (19)(be) The D of FS considers that FSI contractorsare working on a self-regulatory concept andthat the FSD does carry out random checks ontheir performance through the checking of theworks carried out by the FSI contractors. Theself-regulatory system has been working in acost-effective manner and has proven to besatisfactory.
