Note 8 : Under Regulation 9 of the Fire Service(Installation Contractors) Regulations, theDisciplinary Board (which is appointed by theGovernor) shall consist of -(a) a member of the committee of the FireInsurance Association of Hong Kongnominated by that Association;(b) a public officer nominated by the BuildingAuthority;(c) a public officer nominated by the WaterAuthority;(d) a registered contractor nominated by the Dof FS;(e) the D of FS or his representative; and(f) a legal adviser appointed by the D of FS.The penalties of the various offences andprocedures relating to the conduct of theDisciplinary Board are provided for in the FireService (Installation Contractors) Regulations.(Paras. 5.31 and 6.21(aw))- 3 -
