This guide is MANDATORY for all staff involved in the design ofhousing estates.3. Information contained in this guide was previously issued underDSI no. 3/90 which is now superseded.6. The contents of this guide have been reviewed in consultation withSHM/D&V, SLA/3, SMS/GD, CCE and agreed with TD, USD and RSD.7.
