- 2 -DangerousGoodsThe Tenant/Grantee/Purchaser shall comply withall lawful requirements of the Director of FireServices made under the Dangerous GoodsOrdinance, any regulations made thereunder andany amendments thereto*The Tenant/Grantee/Purchaser shall not store orallow or buffer to be stored in or upon thePremises # any dangerous goods as defined inSection 3 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance or anyenactment amending the same or substitutedtherefor.OffshoreIslandsThe Tenant/Grantee/Purchaser hereby acknowledgesthat due to the location of the lot whereconventional fire fighting facilities will not beavailable, additional Fire Services requirements,over and above the normal requirements generallyapplied in any other areas in Hong Kong, will inall probability be applied to the lot and anybuilding erected or to be erected thereon•Water \^^ supply The Tenant/Grantee/Purchaser shall ensure that :(i) an adequate water supply at a minimum rateof 245 cubic metres per hour will beavailable at all times for fire fightingpurposes and will be supplied by a mainsand hydrant system covering the whole lot;(ii) the said water supply is made permanentlyavailable as soon as possible and in anyevent prior to the completion andoccupation of any building on the lot takesplace.GodownIn- the event of the lot or any part thereof beingused for godown purposes, the method of storageof goods and the nature and the volume orquantity of the goods stored on the lot shall besubject to the approval of the Director of FireServices*Others The Tenant/Grantee/Purchaser shall observe andcomply- with any requirement which may be imposedby the Director of Fire Services in connectionwith the occupation and use of the said premisesby the Tenant/Grantee/Purchaser.
