4. CONFIGURATION SOFTWARE.The AEQ CAPITOL console is ready for use once the mixer inputs and outputs have beenproperly connected.The console is shipped with the Audio inputs/outputs working. However, the name tags used forthe channel audio inputs and outputs are generic (MIC 1, ANA 3, DIG 5 ...) and routing andeffects programmed are AEQ standards that are used for functional testing of the console,whereas these settings may not be entirely to the preferences of the client.This equipment is delivered with a Configuration Software for Windows 2000, XP, Vista or 7.This configuration software allows the user to modify the original configuration to its exactrequirements at any time.The auto run disk furnished with the console contains the executable file that installs theconfiguration software. You can find it going through the following screens:Once the “Capitol Setup” application is installed (by default, in C:\Program files\ CapitolSetup),you can start it up by double-clicking the icon displayed on the desktop:The configuration program will also be accesible from the Start menu.When the application starts up, the access screen will appear asking user to introduce nameand password.AEQ CAPITOLUltra-compact digital audio mixer52
