4.2.5. “NTP Client Configuration“ submenu.“NTP Client Configuration” submenu is accessed, from the drop-down menu “HardwareConfiguration”, by clicking on the icon:“NTP Client Configuration” submenu allows you to enable synchronization of the date and timeof the system using standard Ethernet NTP protocol, with the local AEQ CAPITOL clock slavedto the remote (NTP) signal.The on-screen options are:• “Active”: allows you to activate or not this option. By default, it’s deactivated.• “NTP/SNTP Server (IP)”: IP address of the server with the remote master clock.• “Update Every (min)”: refresh period, the frequency with which AEQ CAPITOL willcontact the remote NTP time server to confirm that there are no deviations. 4.3. “Programmable Configuration” menu.This menu allows you to configure the internal routing of audio signals and the functionsassociated with the programmable keys, as well as define mics groups, create processespresets and manage the configuration memories (snapshots) of the unit. Clicking on the section“Programmable Configuration” on the main screen of the configuration software, a list ofsubmenus is deployed on the left side of the workspace and that includes:• “Routing Configuration”: allows you to define the cross points between input channelsor internal summing buses and output channels or internal summing buses.• “Programmable Keys”: allows you to configure the actions associated to each of the15 programmable keys that are located in the Control and Monitoring section of AEQCAPITOL control surface.• “Mic Group Configuration”: allows you to define microphone groups.• “Preset Configuration”: allows you to create default settings associated with thevarious processing capabilities of AEQ CAPITOL: equalizers, filters,compressors/limiters and noise gates.• “Snapshot Configuration”: allows you to manage the configuration memories stored inthe unit.IMPORTANTE NOTE: In order to access to any of these submenus, it’s neccesary to have aconfiguration loaded in the application (in case there’s no configuration, the message “Emptyconfiguration. Please read configuration before use” is displayed). In order to have aconfiguration in the system, you have to either connect to AEQ CAPITOL console and read itsconfiguration or load a configuration by means of “Import” option (see section 4.1.1 of thismanual; you can find the “DemoConfiguration.CSC” file in C:\Program files\CapitolSetup\Demos).4.3.1. “Routing Configuration” submenu.“Routing Configuration” submenu is accessed, from the drop-down menu “ProgrammableConfiguration”, by clicking on the icon:“Routing Configuration” submenu allows you to define the cross-points between input channelsor internal summing buses and output channels or internal summing buses.
