► Experience of consultancy in the areas of<br />
product development, quality systems and<br />

► Experience with tooling or manufacturing<br />
and at least 3 years of leadership<br />

► The Sr. Manager should have experience<br />
in metal or plastic mould and/or die<br />
casting<br />
► The Sr. Manager should also have hands<br />
on experience with CAD and CEM<br />
software, and programming of CNC<br />
machines<br />
► Experience to debug tool, analyse<br />
problems, root causes & take corrective<br />
improvement actions when tool is not able<br />
to produce as per part specifications<br />
