Vietnamese or Chinese. I will check again tomorrow. The maps are nice, but

5050 10 Sep, 2327 UTC, Beibu Bay Radio, in presumed Mandarin (according
to schedule) with man talking in soothing tones over classical music, then
ID with many mentions of Beibu, into some light jazz music. Allegedly only
15 kW, but good signals with only a slight fade.

COSTA RICA 5954.22v ELCOR (Radio Republica relay), Guapiles. 2139 tunein
Aug 26. Programing already in progress. Big signal increase at 2151, ID
at 2153, and Cuba jammer up seconds later. On August 27: excellent level
2121, off at 2128 recheck. On August 28: carrier up at 2100:15, Radio
Republica programming up at 2100:23, abruptly off 2121, back on 2122, off
again at 2135 UT and never returned. Cuba jammer up at 2158 UT.
On August 30: 2155 programming in progress, jammer up at 2158. Seemingly a
second pulser jammer joined at 2159. So, Republica relay is currently up
at 2100 UT daily albeit with lots of transmitter breaks before the
jammer(s) are up. Well, that will be checked once Arnie reads this.
5954.22v (Clandestine) ELCOR (Radio Republica relay), Guapiles. 2110-2130
UT on Sept 8, 2010. The usual Spanish anti-Castro programming with some
opera vocal breaks. Fair. Brought up on a couple of Paul's vintage valve
rigs in the radio room. Time to finally Christen this as a clandestine.

Strike in Francia. // 15380 little weaker S=9+10dB.

6110 / 6150 / 6180 Radio Habana Cuba. 1203-1205 September 9, 2010. Noted
in passing with Spanish on these channels in parallel, using up way too
much unneeded space so close to each other.

CZECH REP Radio Prague Mailbox August 15 said that they broadcast in DRM
twice a week in English and German via Rampisham between 2006 and 2009.
