The signal that I have observed on 864 kHz from Blagoevgrad is weaker than 150 kW tx. I suppose they has put into operation the former 30 kW tx, which was a standby unit. Samuil 2x5 kW // transmits on the same frq too, 24 h Horizont + Turkish lang 0500-0530(SS-0600) / 1200-1300 / 1730-1830 UTC. (Stoyan Kovatchev, Haskovo-BUL, to Patrick Robic-AUT, April 13) That's a political issue, to keep Blagoevgrad and Dragoman on air, due of Balcan neighbours, like Macedonia, Skopje 125 kilometers, 170 kilometer to Privista Kosovo province away.
