GERMANY/ICELAND [non] 9895 No one so far has commented on RNW's service
in Dutch to Iceland at 2059-2127 UT via M&B Nauen, 9895 kHz from May 31 to
August 29. Even CRI doesn't have an Icelandic service! And I can't think
of any other now that Deutsche Welle no longer has to pretend that's where
they were broadcasting to on the old 40 metre ham band when the service
was actually for NoAmerica.
(Noel R. Green-UK, dxld March 27)
It was Croatia via DTK Germany which did this. (gh, dxld)
??? 7560 unIDed at 2137 UT with talks in French, giving rendez vous with
listeners and mentions of the station (in a fadeout) 2140 UT with
spiritual song also on 2155 UT. Sudden s/off at 2159 UT. Signal just S=2
23242. Nothing on both lists Aoki or Eibi spur? /harmonic?
(Zacharias Liangas-GRC, wwdxc BC-DX TopNews April 6)
Suggest is an Intermodulation at M&B Wertachtal site,
7290 and 7425 kHz both 500 kW at 180 degrees to Africa.
Only two station FRENCH programs end at 2200 UT,
7205 kHz RFI Issoudun, and 7290 YFR Wertachtal.
Another outlet from Wertachtal also at 2100-2200 UT on 7425 kHz. So I
guess two intermodulations occur in 41 mb, like on 7155 and 7560 kHz, both
135 kHz away.
Formula:
7425 x 2 = 14850 minus 7290 kHz = 7560 kHz
7290 x 2 = 14580 minus 7425 kHz = 7155 kHz
GUAM Frequency change of AWR KSDA Agat, Guam in Mongolian:
