It's a WMV file, 4 minute long, 4.2 MB large.
YG allows only maximum 5 MB per attachment.

In 2006 only Radio Kuwait in Kabd site had three Thomson rotatable
shortwave antennas erected at
1 ALLISS type

2 two types like at Sines Portugal, RTL Luxembourg Junglinster
Radio Pakistan Karachi soon, and Turkey revolving at Emirler and
Cakirlar.

MADAGASCAR [to SUDAN] 13800 on Feb 2 at 1535 UT in Arabic, but also a
tone test producing SAH. Source of latter unknown, but the former per Aoki
is R. Dabanga, 250 kW, 330 degrees via Madagascar at 1530-1627 UT.
Apparently it now has an interference problem; possibly Bulgaria or Iran
which may be using the channel at other times.

MALAYSIA Die Kurzwellenplanungskonferenz fuer die Sommersaison findet
Anfang Febr. 2010 in Kuala Lumpur stattfinden. Ein Veranstaltungsort fuer
die Konferenz zur Wintersaison im Aug. 2010 ist noch nicht bekannt. Wie
HFCC Chairman Oldrich Cip bemerkte, besteht trotz verringerter Sendeplaene
und neuer Verbreitungswege wie dem Internet immer noch erheblicher
Planungsbedarf, da die Rundfunkbaender immer noch sehr voll sind. So waren
sich die HFCC-Mitglieder auch einig, Frequenzplaene von Nicht-Mitgliedern
weiterhin nicht (offiziell) zu beruecksichtigen, da man keine
Trittbrettfahrerei will.
