reports of 15325 kHz, R. Gazeta. It's also the highest Brazilian SWBC
frequency, unless R. Cultura Sao Paulo ever reactivates 17815 kHz.

prgr Sertanejo Moderno. Fq. measured here 15189.65 kHz, rating 25433, //
6010 kHz under moderate to strong adjacent interference.

To astonish how many transmitters put on the NortEastern part of Bulgaria
by the government.
I think Shumen Salmanovo is a radio navigation system for aircraft ?
Like VHF omnidirectional radio range
43 11 19.36 N 26 58 24.31 E or communications tower?
and the new 3mast aerial could also be an old jamming site against Radio
Free Europe Bulgarian service, - or even RL Russian/Ukrainian for
afternoon / night / morning jamming towards Black Sea coast area,
Caucasus, Georgia, Abchasia, Ossetia.

CANADA 6070 CFRX Toronto at 1209 UT with discussion of candidates for
November mayoral race. Poor, but good at 1306 UT with "Your Money Watch",
"Newstalk 10-10" ID and ads.

6070 CFRX modulation finally seems back up to par, Oct 14 at 0630 UT with
talkshow phone number 877-876-PHIL --- yes, now carrying the syndicated
Phil Hendrie Show, and I guess it's live, at 10 pm - 1 am PT, i.e. 05-08
UT, soon to be 06-09. However, signal soon faded. Next check at 1323 UT,
