ARGENTINA Listening to the French service of RAE Argentina tonight on my<br />

Sangean WFR-20 Internet radio. They talked about the shortwave<br />

transmitters are off air because of technical problems and that the only<br />

way to listen at this time is via internet. This was talked about in the<br />
