Vernacular, Afr. songs, talks; 15431. The propagation conditions must have
been quite adverse, too tiny signal, and I bet they're on reduced power,
but then the usually strong Mali 9635 kHz was also too bad.

As Dave Kenny also wrote recently: I was able to confirm VoNigeria in
English on 9690 kHz from 0900 to 1500 UT as per the announcement monitored
by Tony Rogers. The signal here was very weak and at times barely audible,
but I have no doubt that Nigeria was there in English throughout this
period.
(Yes, noted on June 8th around 10-11 UT on our noon, same weak level, wb.)
