Hadhrat Abu Ayyoob Ansaari 9,Wj narrates ;hat Rasulullaah k%% once heard<br />

someone recite:<br />

"4 Gg a 1% m,,<br />

"Who said those words?" Rasulullaah enquired. Thinking that he had<br />

annoyed Rasulullaah k%%'s ears with something he did not like, <strong>the</strong> man<br />

remained silent. "Who was it?" Rasulullaah repeated, "Because what he said<br />

was very correct." <strong>The</strong> man <strong>the</strong>n said, "It was I who said it with <strong>the</strong> expectation <strong>of</strong><br />

being rewarded, 0 Rasulullaah w." Rasulullaah @%% <strong>the</strong>n told him, "I swear by<br />

<strong>the</strong> Being Who controls my life! I saw thirteen angels racing to See which <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>m<br />

would be <strong>the</strong> first to present your words to Allaah."<br />

Hadhrat Umar ~,G&G's Words when he saw a Man<br />

Using a Rosary to Engage in Tasbeeh<br />

Hadhrat Sa'eed bin Jubayr reports that when Hadhrat Umar mj once saw a<br />

man reciting Tasbeeh on a rosary, he remarked, "It would suffice him to ra<strong>the</strong>r<br />

say:<br />

I<br />

'I express Allaah's purity as much as it takes to fill <strong>the</strong> heavens and as<br />

much as it takes to fill <strong>the</strong> earth and everything else that Allaah wills'<br />

He should also say:<br />

'I praise Allaah as much as it takes to fill <strong>the</strong> heavens and as much as it<br />

takes to fill <strong>the</strong> earth and everything else that Allaah wills'<br />

In addition to this, he may also say:<br />

'I express Allaah's greatness as much as it takes to fill <strong>the</strong> heavens and<br />

as much as it takes to fill <strong>the</strong> earth and everything else that Allaah<br />

wills"'(2)<br />

Adhkaar to be recited after <strong>the</strong> Salaahs<br />

and Before sleeping<br />

Rasulullaah Teaches <strong>the</strong> Poor <strong>Sahabah</strong> +&!SW3<br />

specific Adhkaar by which to Earn Great rewards<br />

HadhratAbu HurayrahaU&!&narrates that <strong>the</strong> poor Muhaajireen once approached<br />

Rasulullaah @i% saying, "<strong>The</strong> wealthy ones have taken <strong>the</strong> elevated positions<br />

and everlasting bounties!" 'Why do say that?" Rasulullaah k%% asked. <strong>The</strong>y<br />
