guess if I had to pick just one, it would be this: set your
ego aside and ask for help. The smartest businesspeople I’ve met through
the years are very good about admitting they don’t know everything.
They surround themselves with people who complement their strengths.
They acknowledge their weaknesses and focus on doing what they do best.
Entrepreneurs need a strong ego and the confidence to push forward
through adversity. But the most successful business owners never let their
ego get in the way of achieving their goals.
Admit you don’t know everything and reach out for answers. I believe
more businesses fail due to a lack of information than a lack of money.
There’s no excuse not to get the information you need to succeed.
