“We also created Bangkokverse, which is the same platform
as Metaverse and will be used to present architectural and
interior design, especially for real estate developers. The
project can be viewed in 3D in real-time from anywhere online,
either through a mobile phone or VR. What is distinctive of
Bangkokverse is that anyone can enter through the avatar
and interact with each other or join the conversation at the
same place.”
DOF ดำาเนินการสร้างภาพเพื่อการนำาเสนอไว้อย่าง
หลากหลายรูปแบบนับตั้งแต่ในระดับมาตรฐานทั่วไป
อย่างภาพถ่ายหรือภาพยนตร์สั้น แอนิเมชั่น CGI VFX ทัวร์
เสมือนจริง 360 องศา หรือทัวร์เสมือนจริงสามมิติ กระทั่ง
การนำาเทคโนโลยีโลกเสมือน อย่าง VR (Virtual Reality)
AR (Augmented Reality) ไปจนถึงพื้นที่โลกเสมือน
(Metaverse) มาเป็นอีกขอบเขตการทำางาน การนำาเสนอ
ด้วยการสร้างภาพแบบจำาลองอาคารที่กำาลังจะดำาเนิน
การก่อสร้างหรือสิ่งของในรูปแบบสามมิติไม่ว่าจะด้วยสื่อ
ใดก็ตาม ล้วนเป็นสิ่งจำาเป็นสำาหรับใช้ประกอบการเสนอ
ขายหรือนำาเสนอของบริษัทอสังหาริมทรัพย์ บริษัทจัด
จำาหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องใช้ในบ้าน นักออกแบบ และ/หรือ
สถาปนิก เพื่อแสดงภาพเสมือนจริงในอนาคตของโครงการ
หรืองานออกแบบ นอกเหนือจากหน้าที่เสนอภาพ ถ้าหาก
ลองพิจารณาในอีกมิติด้วยสถานะการสร้างภาพจำาลอง
กระบวนการทำาให้เป็นภาพก็จะไม่ต่างอะไรจากการสร้าง
สถาปัตยกรรมจำาลองแบบเสมือนจริง ด้วยการประกอบ
แปลนและภาพจำาลองในแต่ละมุมมองเข้าไว้ด้วยกัน อีกทั้ง
ยังตัดข้ามเส้นเวลาย่นย่ออนาคตเข้าร่วมไว้กับปัจจุบัน
“ข้อแตกต่างของเราจากผู้ประกอบการรายอื่นคือ
อันดับแรก เรื่องขนาดของโปรเจกต์ที่จะมีขนาดใหญ่
และรายละเอียดสูง โดยลูกค้าที่จะมาใช้บริการของเรา
มักจะเป็ นกลุ่มบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ สอง เรื่องสไตล์และ

Bangkokverse as a real-time space
จากกระแสพื้นที่โลกเสมือน (Metaverse) ได้เป็นที่กล่าวถึง
อย่างกว้างขวางในช่วงที่ผ่านมา DOF ก็เป็นอีกสตูดิโอหนึ่ง
ที่ได้เล็งเห็นถึงศักยภาพเฉพาะตัวของพื้นที่ที่สามารถนำามา
ประยุกต์ใช้กับความเป็นไปได้ใหม่ที่เชื่อมพื้นที่แต่ละแห่ง
เข้าไว้ด้วยกัน กล่าวคือพื้นที่โลกเสมือนเป็นพื้นที่เสมือนจริง
ในรูปแบบสามมิติบนโลกออนไลน์ โดยผู้คนสามารถเข้าถึง
จากที่ได้ก็ได้บนโลกผ่านแพลตฟอร์มหนึ่งและเข้ามาสร้าง
ปฏิสัมพันธ์ รวมถึงประสบการณ์ต่างๆ ร่วมกัน กฤตภัค
กล่าวเสริมว่าจริงแล้วนี้ก็เป็นการเดินต่อไปอีกก้าวจากสิ่งที่
ได้ดำาเนินการอยู่ อย่าง VR (Virtual Reality) ทัวร์เสมือนจริง
และ Real-time rendering จะเห็นได้ว่าส่วนต่างๆ ที่ประกอบ
สร้างพื้นที่เสมือนจริงล้วนอยู่ภายใต้กรอบการบริการที่มีอยู่
ของพวกเขา ดังนั้นการเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมกับกระแสเทคโนโลยี
ใหม่นี้จึงไม่ยากที่จะรับมือ ในขณะเดียวกันก็สามารถเข้ามา
เสริมสร้างการนำาเสนอรูปแบบใหม่ได้อย่างน่าสนใจ ทั้งหมด
จึงนำาไปสู่การพัฒนาอีกหนึ่งแพลตฟอร์มของพื้นที่โลกเสมือน
ขึ้นมาใหม่ ‘Bangkokverse’ เพื่อรองรับการเข้ามาใช้พื้นที่หรือ
ทำาบริการพื้นที่ของลูกค้า โดยการจัดทำาแพลตฟอร์มขึ้นมานั้น
จะมีระบบการจัดการต่างๆ ทั้งหมดรองรับพร้อมดำาเนินการ
ไม่ต้องให้ลูกค้ามาจัดการเองขึ้นมาใหม่ทั้งหมด

This virtual space will become a new medium and a new method of design presentation. It
will transform the conventional way and go beyond today’s architectural design process. It
pushes the boundaries of defining a three-dimensional view on a flat screen by transporting
users into the real world to live as an avatar in the virtual world. This will enable them to meet
in another space in a virtual format. For example, the architect or designer lives in Bangkok
while the project owner is in another area. In this case, the link can be delivered to the owner.
The architect or interior designer who wants to take the owner furniture shopping can then
walk in and check in with the customer at the same time. Previously, we had to visit and
choose from different showrooms or see each other through online platforms. But thanks to
these technologies, they can create a ‘virtual showroom’ with products in 3D, which allows
them to look at the furniture together. Or, if inserting VR, it will be like entering a virtual
space where they can stand and look at the same chair and click to select the option in the
following order: It can also enhance the perception of the actual size of the object. This will
be different from looking through a two-dimensional web page. According to DOF, these
newly generated spaces are not a new tool to replace the real ones, but Metaverse will be
a perfect tool to fulfill the limitations of actual space, distance, or even time. Everything can
be minimized to converge and be completed in one place.
“In the future, there could be an AI that we just input commands
into, and it will output designs and architecture with
beautiful 3D renderings. We don’t need to do anything but
enter commands. AI still has some limitations when working
on the different layers of detail. That is to say, AI may be able
to create only at the concept level. Later, the designer had to
execute the details themselves. Yet, who knows, the AI might
work by itself perfectly in the future.”

Develop in Depth
On the company’s future expansion goals, Krittapak shared the picture of the drivetrain that
corresponds to the interests of the team and the company. Each of those parts leading up
to the development or growth will be related to their existing scope of services. So, if there
is any expansion in the future, it would not be a new service beyond the range of services
that DOF already provides. Still, it could be to increase the form of their services to be more
diverse in related or similar fields, whether in design or construction work.
