the ESR spectra show isotropic signals with g= 1.97 (see Figure 5). The l<strong>in</strong>ewidth for the<br />

Cr2(P6O18) compound is larger than that observed for the Cr(PO3)3 phase. This result is<br />

<strong>in</strong>dicative of the important role of the magnetic exchange <strong>in</strong>teractions <strong>in</strong> the latter phase.<br />
