PARIS, 19 avr (AFP) - Le Premier ministre M. Michel Rocard a déclaré
vf?ndredi que "tOl~t devrait se terminer bien" etl ce qui concerne l.'aide
humanitaire aux Kurdes, è l'iss~e" d'un déjeuner ave~ le secrétaire général des
Nations Unies M. Javier Perez de Cuellar et des responsables de l'organisation
::interna tionale.
"Personne ne veUt qL~'on se tire dessus, personne rie veut d'incidents. Il
-F:::wt préserver l.a face ;à tout le monde", a ajouté M. Rocar'cJ."Les ë.ll~torités
irakiennes se posent des problèmes. De notre coté, nous ne savons pas faire
des opérations (humanitaires) sans que les forces armées, qui saht les mieux

Le Premier ministre a réaffirmé la nécessité de l'donner une très grande

Lors de ce déjeuner, précédé d~un entretien, ont également été abordés '~le

que les Nations Unies essaient de traiter et pour lesquelles le secrétaire
général, inlassablement et courageusement, se bat. La Fra~c:e l'appuie sur

M. Perez de Cuellar, qui doit être reçu dans la soirée par le ministre des
Affaires étrangères M. Roland Dumas, s'est pour sa part refusé à toute
