L’émergence <strong>de</strong>s conseils région<strong>au</strong>x, <strong>le</strong>sresponsabilités <strong>de</strong>s conseils génér<strong>au</strong>x <strong>de</strong>puis <strong>la</strong> décentralisation <strong>et</strong> <strong>le</strong>s évolutionsrécentes <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> coopération intercommuna<strong>le</strong> ouvrent un nouvel espace <strong>de</strong>représentation <strong>et</strong> d’action <strong>au</strong> mouvement <strong>sport</strong>if <strong>au</strong> sein <strong>de</strong>s instances du typeconseil <strong>de</strong> développement.Le rése<strong>au</strong> du CNOSF s’est doté en son sein - <strong>au</strong>-<strong>de</strong>là d’un certain nombre<strong>de</strong> dispositifs, <strong>de</strong> conseils interfédér<strong>au</strong>x liés <strong>au</strong>x activités aquatiques, <strong>sport</strong>sn<strong>au</strong>tiques, <strong>sport</strong>s <strong>de</strong> nature, <strong>sport</strong>s aériens, <strong>sport</strong>s marti<strong>au</strong>x <strong>et</strong> <strong>de</strong> combat, <strong>sport</strong>scol<strong>le</strong>ctifs <strong>et</strong> <strong>sport</strong>s d’entreprise.Dans <strong>le</strong> même esprit, <strong>le</strong> CNOSF a créé :- son propre syndicat employeur, <strong>le</strong> Conseil social du mouvement<strong>sport</strong>if (CoSMoS), pour que l’activité <strong>sport</strong>ive entre bien dans <strong>le</strong>champ du dialogue social c<strong>la</strong>ssique <strong>et</strong> ce dialogue avec <strong>le</strong>s partenaires<strong>vie</strong>nt <strong>de</strong> donner naissance à <strong>la</strong> Convention col<strong>le</strong>ctive nationa<strong>le</strong> du<strong>sport</strong> (CCNS) ;- l’Institut <strong>de</strong> formation du mouvement <strong>sport</strong>if (IFOMOS) ;- <strong>et</strong> l’Académie nationa<strong>le</strong> olympique française (ANOF) qui mobilise<strong>le</strong>s acteurs du mouvement <strong>sport</strong>if fédéral <strong>et</strong> territorial pour <strong>la</strong>préservation du patrimoine du mouvement <strong>sport</strong>if <strong>et</strong> <strong>la</strong> promotion <strong>de</strong><strong>la</strong> culture olympique.L’Office franco-al<strong>le</strong>mand <strong>de</strong> <strong>la</strong> jeunesse (OFAJ) dispose d’une mission <strong>au</strong>CNOSF pour l’organisation d’échanges <strong>sport</strong>ifs.
