CLEAN LIFESTYLE FLOOR CLEANERS PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT SILENT FORCE Rowenta Silence Force (RO6477EA) is a vacuum cleaner that offers the best rating on the European energy label in performance on carpet, performance on hard floor, filtration and energy efficiency. The company says it offers the perfect combination of dust pick up on all types of floors with an unbeaten level of silence. » South Entrance / Stand 101 BLIZZARD HITS BERLIN Miele has launched its first bagless vacuum cleaner, the Blizzard CX1 at IFA 2016. The company has opted for a monocyclone approach called Vortex Technology, in which air only passes through one single and larger cyclone. This, Miele says, facilitates excellent cleaning performance combined with pleasant operating sound levels. The Blizzard CX1 has four power settings and can be conveniently regulated. In the third filtration stage, the Blizzard CX1 – depending on the model – is equipped with a hygiene or HEPA filter. All Blizzards achieve an A rating for dust pick-up from hard floors and for filtration. Depending on the model, the Blizzard CX1 achieves a rating of B or C. KEY SELLING POINTS 1 Not messy - Miele says the Blizzard CX1 offers extremely convenient and hygienic emptying of the dust container. 2 Powerful - Greater power and convenience through Vortex Technology. 3 Reliable - The filter features sensor-controlled ComfortClean self-cleaning which ensures constant air flow. KEY SELLING POINTS 1 Efficient - Extremely efficient on all kind of floors thank to suction head “Deep Clean” and a high efficiency motor (750 W) 2 Quiet - The Rowenta Extreme Silence System features a rating of (64 dB(A)) 3 Comfortable to use - Improved ergonomics thanks to multi-directional wheels and accessories including an integrated hand brush. » HALL 2.1 / Stand 101 VERSATILE HARD FLOOR CLEANER KEY SELLING POINTS 1 Goes far - the 400ml water tank enables all hard floors, from stone to wooden floors, with a surface area of up to 60 m² to be cleaned quickly and easily. 2 Easy to use - With the FC 5 there’s no unpleasant rinsing and wringing out of the wiping mop by hand – and the floor is dry in less than two minutes. 3 Versatile - Kärcher offers detergents for stone floors, varnished and waxed wooden floors or a Universal Cleaner for the FC 5. The microfibre rollers are also available in two different colours as an accessory, to differentiate between bathroom and kitchen. Kärcher claims that its new Hard Floor Cleaner FC 5 offers faster floor cleaning as it combines vacuuming and mopping in a single step. The characteristic feature of this hard floor cleaner is the two rotating microfibre rollers, which are moistened continuously with a detergent solution. The dirty vacuumed liquid is drawn into a separate tank, which can simply be emptied after cleaning. The rotating rollers loosen dry dirt and wipe it up off the floor together with dust, particles and small quantities of liquid. The dirt is then vacuumed off the top of the roller and drawn into the dirty water tank. » HALL 4.1 / Stand 213 www.ifa-international.org IFA International • Saturday 3 th & Sunday 4 th September 2016 41
