В <strong>с</strong>татье пред<strong>с</strong>тавлены результаты об<strong>с</strong>ледования 187 пациенток, <strong>с</strong>традающих первичным гипотиреозом, в зави<strong>с</strong>имо<strong>с</strong>ти<br />
от <strong>с</strong>тепени тиреоидной недо<strong>с</strong>таточно<strong>с</strong>ти. Об<strong>с</strong>ледование включало оценку клиниче<strong>с</strong>ких, гемодинамиче<strong>с</strong>ких<br />
показателей, липидного, гормонального <strong>с</strong>пектра, функции эндотелия, фильтрационной функции почек. Показано,<br />
что у об<strong>с</strong>ледованных пациентов выявляют<strong>с</strong>я такие факторы ри<strong>с</strong>ка как ожирение, артериальная гипертензия,<br />
атерогенная ди<strong>с</strong>липидемия, ди<strong>с</strong>функция эндотелия, <strong>с</strong>убклиниче<strong>с</strong>кий атеро<strong>с</strong>клероз, диа<strong>с</strong>толиче<strong>с</strong>кая ди<strong>с</strong>функция и<br />
гипертрофия левого желудочка. Компен<strong>с</strong>ация заболевания и длительная терапия левотирок<strong>с</strong>ином не приводит к<br />
значимому <strong>с</strong>нижению выраженно<strong>с</strong>ти факторов ри<strong>с</strong>ка.<br />

The article presents the results of examination of 187 female patients with primary hypothyroidism depending on the level of<br />
thyroid failure. The research included the assessment of clinical, hemodynamic parameters, lipid and hormonal profile, endothelium<br />
function and kidney filtration function. It was demonstrated that the examined patients had such risk factors as obesity, arterial<br />
hypertension, atherogenic dyslipidemia, endothelium dysfunction, subclinical atherosclerosis, diastolic dysfunction and left<br />
ventricle hypertrophy. The disease compensation and long-term levothyroxine therapy did not lead to the significant decrease<br />
of risk factor severity.<br />
