В <strong>с</strong>татье пред<strong>с</strong>тавлены результаты об<strong>с</strong>ледования 418 пациентов, <strong>с</strong>традающих о<strong>с</strong>трой и хрониче<strong>с</strong>кой ишемией головного<br />
мозга. Дана характери<strong>с</strong>тика клиниче<strong>с</strong>ких, функциональных и нейровизуализационных о<strong>с</strong>обенно<strong>с</strong>тей этих больных.<br />
Ра<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>мотрены вопро<strong>с</strong>ы лечения пациентов <strong>с</strong> «<strong>с</strong>о<strong>с</strong>уди<strong>с</strong>той» эпилеп<strong>с</strong>ией. Получены новые данные<br />
Ключевые <strong>с</strong>лова: эпилеп<strong>с</strong>ия, о<strong>с</strong>трые и хрониче<strong>с</strong>кие нарушения мозгового кровообращения, лечение.<br />

The results of the survey of 418 patients suffering from acute and chronic cerebral ischemia are presented in the article.<br />
The characteristic of clinical, functional and neuroimaging peculiarities of these patients are given. The issues of treatment of patients<br />
with «vascular» epilepsy are considered. The new data obtained.<br />
