Проведен анализ заболеваемо<strong>с</strong>ти учетными герпе<strong>с</strong>виру<strong>с</strong>ными инфекциями за 16 летний период по данным <strong>с</strong>водных<br />
<strong>с</strong>тати<strong>с</strong>тиче<strong>с</strong>ких форм медицин<strong>с</strong>кой отчетно<strong>с</strong>ти г. Набережные Челны и внутренних документов Набережночелнин<strong>с</strong>кой<br />
инфекционной больницы. По <strong>с</strong>уммарным данным лаборатории инфекционной больницы показана вы<strong>с</strong>окая<br />
<strong>с</strong>еропозитивно<strong>с</strong>ть к антигену про<strong>с</strong>того герпе<strong>с</strong>а и цитомегаловиру<strong>с</strong>у у беременных (>90%), пациентов больницы<br />
и обративших<strong>с</strong>я из поликлиник (>80%). За по<strong>с</strong>ледние 16 лет <strong>с</strong>амой вы<strong>с</strong>окой зареги<strong>с</strong>трированной заболеваемо<strong>с</strong>тью<br />
<strong>с</strong>реди герпе<strong>с</strong>виру<strong>с</strong>ных инфекций являет<strong>с</strong>я ветряная о<strong>с</strong>па. Недо<strong>с</strong>таточно этиологиче<strong>с</strong>ки ра<strong>с</strong>шифровывают<strong>с</strong>я врожденные<br />
инфекции, в том чи<strong>с</strong>ле по герпе<strong>с</strong>виру<strong>с</strong>ным болезням. Пиковая выявляемо<strong>с</strong>ть генитальным герпе<strong>с</strong>ом приходит<strong>с</strong>я<br />
на период половой активно<strong>с</strong>ти ― 20-40 лет. Заболеваемо<strong>с</strong>ть генитальным герпе<strong>с</strong>ом в 5 раз выше в городе,<br />
чем на <strong>с</strong>еле. Необходимы преобразования в <strong>с</strong>и<strong>с</strong>теме учета герпе<strong>с</strong>виру<strong>с</strong>ных инфекций.<br />

viral infections in a large industrial city<br />

The article presents the analysis of incidence of herpes viral infections over the 16-year period according to the summary<br />
statistical forms of medical reporting of Naberezhnye Chelny and internal documents of the Naberezhnye Chelny Infectious<br />
Hospital. The summarized data of the Infectious Hospital laboratory show the high percentage of pregnant women (>90%),<br />
hospital patients and those who came from polyclinics (>80%) seropositive to the antigen of herpes simplex and cytomegalovirus.<br />
Over the past 16 years, the highest recorded incidence among herpes viral infections is chicken pox. Inadequately etiologically<br />
interpreted are congenital infections, including herpes viral diseases. The peak detection of genital herpes falls on the period of<br />
sexual activity: 20 to 40 years. The incidence of genital herpes is 5 times higher in the city than in the rural areas. Transformations<br />
in the system of herpes viral infections recording are necessary.<br />
