meters (nearly 6,000 ft), breathtaking scenery
and smooth movements – this unique feel-good
session is available in summer 2013 at ‘Yoga
on Panoramaberg Wank’.
Practicing yoga means training flexibility, stamina, strength
and relaxation. And where else could this tranquility-training be
more successful than in the nature, with an incredible view of the
Alpspitze, Zugspitze and the distinctive Waxensteine? Because of
the extraordinary 360° panorama the Wank is ideal for any kind of
sports and of course for yoga, too. The absolute calm high up above
everyday life also helps to unwind and gather fresh energy. Up here
the experienced yoga instructor Karen Freude will introduce those
who are interested into the world of Hatha Yoga on 12 mornings
in summer 2013. Of course beginners as well as more experienced
yogis are welcome. During the 90 minute program the instructor
is always happy to adapt to every participant’s level. The incredibly
pleasant ‘result’ of positions with sounding names such as sun
salutation, dog, warrior & co: a free spirit, an open chest for deep
breaths and a relaxed feeling through and through. Starting a day
can hardly be more beautiful!
