ALUMINIUMGUSS Die Daten des Fachverbandes Gießereimaschinen im Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau (VDMA) belegen das: Bereits 2005 stieg der Weltexport um elf Prozent – das entsprach Maschinenlieferungen im Wert von 1,9 Mrd. Euro. Insbesondere Japan als größtes Lieferland (Weltmarktanteil: 24%) profitierte vom Marktwachstum und steigerte seine Ausfuhren um gut ein Fünftel. Auf dem Weltmarkt zählen auch Italien (12%), Deutschland (11%) und die USA (10%) zu den führenden Herstellernationen. Italien verteidigte 2005 den zweiten Platz in der Liste der wichtigsten Exporteure, obwohl es gegen den Trend sieben Prozent Ausfuhrvolumen verlor. Die deutschen Exporte stiegen dagegen um 12 Prozent, während die USA um drei Prozent zulegten. China, wie so oft, setzt an zum Überholen: Das Land steigerte seinen Export 2005 um fast die Hälfte gegenüber dem Vorjahr und ist den USA auf den Fersen. Auch bei den Einfuhren ist China ganz vorn dabei: Als weltweit stärkste Importeure von Gießereimaschinen traten 2005 die Chinesen auf (Importvolumen: 345 Mio. €), in weitem Abstand gefolgt von den USA (143 Mio. €). Mexiko und Malaysia, die noch 2004 auf den Plätzen drei und vier rangierten, drosselten die Einfuhren um jeweils fast 30 Prozent und fielen in der Statistik zurück. Ersetzt wurden sie als dritt- bzw. viertwichtigste Importnation durch die Türkei (110 Mio. €) und Indien (102 Mio. €), die ihre Einfuhren mehr als verdreifachten bzw. mehr als verdoppelten. Auch Russland (97 Mio. €) spielt als Nachfrager auf dem Weltmarkt für Gießereimaschinen eine immer bedeutendere Rolle. In Russ- land bleibt der Ersatz- und Modernisierungsbedarf groß. Lieferanten von Anlagen und Ausrüstungen für die Metallindustrie bieten sich so gute Chancen. Deutsche Hersteller produzierten 2006 auf hohem Niveau Auch für die deutschen Hersteller von Gießereimaschinen war 2005 ein hervorragendes Jahr. Sie erzielten ein Allzeithoch in der Jahresproduktion, indem sie Maschinen und Anlagen im Wert von 550 Mio. Euro produzierten. Für 2006 geht der VDMA-Fachverband nach vorläufigen Schätzungen davon aus, dass der Wert nur leicht auf 540 Mio. Euro gesunken ist, während der Exportanteil voraussicht- Kernpakete für Automobilkomponenten Core package for automotive components lich weiter gewachsen ist: Der Wert der Auslandslieferungen erreichte VDMA-Schätzungen zufolge mit 225 Mio. Euro – das entspräche einer Exportquote von knapp 42 Prozent – einen neuen Höchststand. 2007 wird nach einer aktuellen Konjunkturumfrage des Fachverbandes Gießereimaschinen im VDMA vor allem die internationale Nachfrage erneut für das Branchenwachstum sorgen. Russia too (97m euros) is playing an increasingly important part on the world market as a destination for foundry machinery.
