Rolle. Dank einer hohen
Innovationskraft der Thermoprozessbranche
werden die Anlagen
immer leistungsfähiger. Wie
viel Hightech in den Industrieöfen
steckt und welche komplexen
Dienstleistungen von den Anbietern
erbracht werden ist auf der
THERMPROCESS 2007 vom 12.
bis zum 16. Juni zu sehen. Bereits
zum siebten Mal präsentieren Anbieter
aus aller Welt in den Hallen
der Messe Düsseldorf ihr breites
Industrieofen-Knowhow für die
unterschiedlichsten Wirtschaftszweige.
Bereits im Vorfeld der Messe ist klar:
Noch nie war die THERMPROCESS
so international geprägt wie bei der
anstehenden Auflage. Mehr als 270
Aussteller aus 25 Ländern werden
zur wichtigsten Branchenveranstaltung
des Jahres erwartet. Alle wichtigen
Herstellerländer sind vertreten,
außerdem werden erstmals auch
Aussteller aus Australien, Litauen,
Luxemburg, Mexiko, Rumänien und
der Tschechischen Republik in Düsseldorf
präsent sein. Die meisten Aussteller
kommen jedoch aus Deutschland
– der seit langem führenden Nation
in Sachen Thermoprozesstechnik:
Der Weltmarktanteil
der deutschenUnternehmen
beträgt rund
20 Prozent – mit
einigem Abstand
folgen die USA,
Italien und Japan.
Die Stimmung
der Anbieter im
Vorfeld der Leitmesse
ist ausgesprochen
positiv.
Anbieter produzieren
nahe der Kapazitätsgrenzen
Wie die folgenden Daten und Analysen
des Fachverbandes Thermoprozesstechnik
im Verband Deutscher
Maschinen- und Anlagenbau (VDMA)
zeigen, haben viele Anbieter bereits
die Grenzen ihrer Produktionskapazität
erreicht. Allein in Deutschland
lag die Auslastung im vergangenen
Jahr weit über 90 Prozent und damit
höher als die des gesamten Maschinenbaus.
Der durchschnittliche
Auftragsbestand der Branche deckt
derzeit einen Zeitraum von mehr als
sechs Monaten ab.
Bereits 2005 verlief für die internationale
Industrieofen-Branche äußerst
erfreulich – der Weltexport von
Industrieöfen, Brennern und Feuerungen
erreichte seinerzeit ein Volumen
von 6,3 Mrd. Euro (+12% zum
Vorjahr). Wichtigste Exportnation mit
einem Volumen von 1,3 Mrd. Euro
war Deutschland; hier erzielte die
Thermoprozesstechnik-Branche das
beste Ergebnis in ihrer Geschichte.
2006 wurde diese Bilanz erneut übertroffen:
Der Exportanteil verzeichnete
ein rasantes Wachstum und stieg auf
ein Rekordhoch von mehr als 1,6 Mrd.
Euro (+26,5%) an. Auch für das laufende
Geschäftsjahr ist die Branche
optimistisch.
Mit Blick auf die Absatzmärkte für
die Thermoprozessbranche steht die
EU nach wie vor an erster Stelle,

phones, through the manufacture
of LEDs, to automotive engineering:
in very many production
processes heat treatment plays a
central part. Thanks to the innovativeness
of the thermal process
branch plants and equipment are
continually becoming more efficient.
How much high-tech is built
into industrial furnaces and what
complex services can be provided
by suppliers, will be on view at
THERMPROCESS 2007 from 12 to
16 June. Already for the seventh
time suppliers from all over the
world will present their extensive
industrial furnace know-how in
the halls of the Dusseldorf fair, for
the most varied branches of the
industrial economy.
Already in the run-up to the fair it is
clear that never before has THERM-
PROCESS achieved such an international
response as this time. Over 270
exhibitors from 25 countries are expected
at this, the year’s most important
event for the branch. All the important
manufacturing countries are
represented, and for the first time also
exhibitors from Australia, Lithuania,
Luxembourg, Mexico, Romania and
the Czech Republic will be in Dusseldorf.
Most exhibitors, however, come
from Germany – for a long time the
leading nation in the field of thermal
process technology: the world market
share of German companies is around
20%, some way ahead of the USA,
Italy and Japan. The suppliers’ mood
in the run-up to the fair is extremely
positive.
