Auswahl der Bindemittel
Für alle Beschichtungen gut geeignet ist das Epoxydharz HT 2 + Härter HT
2. Es härtet auch in dünnsten Schichten völlig klebfrei und besitzt eine helle
Eigenfarbe und gute UV-Stabilität (besonders wichtig bei weißen Einfärbungen
bzw. beim "Steinteppich").
Ebenfalls sehr gut geeignet ist die Kombination Epoxydharz L + Härter H
105/B. Dieses System ist unempfindlich gegen Feuchteeinwirkung (Untergrund)
und härtet auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen (5 - 10 °C) und in dünner Schicht
mit klebfreier Oberfläche aus.
Für schnelle Reparaturen kommt das Harz L + Härter SF in Frage. Auch
dieses System ist für niedrigere Temperaturen geeignet.
Härter SF ist aufgrund der hohen Reaktivität nur für dünne Schichten von 2 - 3
mm geeignet (reines Bindemittel). Bei Zugabe von Füllstoffen kann die
Schichtstärke auf 5 - 10 mm erhöht werden.
Aus Epoxydharz, Isopropanol und Xylol
wird nach Rezeptur eine sehr
dünnflüssige Imprägnierung
hergestellt und mittels Walze
aufgetragen.
Nach Härtung über Nacht erfolgt der
Auftrag eines selbstverlaufenden
Belages nach der Rezeptur.

Choosing the binders
A highly suitable binder for all coatings is the epoxy resin HT 2 + hardener
HT 2. Even the thinnest layers cure completely tack-free, and it has its own
light colour and good UV stability (particularly important for white colourings
and for stone carpets).
Also highly suitable is the combination of epoxy resin L and hardener
H 105/B. This system is insensitive to the effects of moisture (base surface)
and cures also at low temperatures (5 - 10 °C) and in thin layers to yield a tackfree
surface.
For fast repairs, the system resin L and hardener SF is a possible solution.
This system, too, is suitable for lower temperatures.
Owing to its high reactivity, hardener SF is suitable for thin layers of 2 - 3 mm
only (pure binder). When fillers are applied, this thickness can be increased to
5 - 10 mm.
In accordance with the recipe, an
impregnation with very low viscosity
is made from epoxy resin, isopropanol,
and xylene and applied with a roller.
After overnight curing, a self-spreading
surfacing is applied in accordance
with the recipe.
