Description
The optimal semi-finished product for both engineering
applications and silk-mat designer surfaces with a visually
appealing carbon-fibre structure.
Specifications
HT carbon-fibre prepreg (i.e. a laminate virtually free of air
bubbles), epoxy resin matrix, 0°/90° fibre orientation
(bidirectional), 52-55% fibre volume fraction, overlays of 3k
2/2 twill-weave fabric, core layers of 6k 2/2 twill-weave fabric.

Flexural strength 0° = 1050 MPa, 90° = 990 MPa; flexural modulus
0° = 62 GPa, 90° = 60 GPa; ILS 0° = 68 MPa, 90° = 70 MPa; tensile modulus
