14.1. Experimental disposal of drums by burning up and compacting<br />

For the experimental work on the of disposal of drums used the following scheme works:<br />

1. Arbitrary collection of empty, partially filled with fuel and lubricant, and full fuel and<br />

lubricant drums, subject to recycling.<br />

2. Autopsy (if available) tubes drums and clarify the amount of waste in a drum.<br />

3. Express check drums of liquid waste in the presence of PCB in the fuel and lubricant quality<br />

by the reaction of organochlorine compounds with copperyu the color of the flame.<br />

4. Collection drums containing ice, heat module.<br />

5. Pumping of fuel and lubricant residues from drums in the tank.<br />

6. Rinsing with water pumped out of drums.<br />
