AUCHTERHOUSE is a parish situated in <strong>the</strong> a board school. The parish contains about 4,000 acres.<br />
south-west comer <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> county <strong>of</strong> Forfar, and. on <strong>the</strong> LUNDIE is a parish situate at <strong>the</strong> head <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
south <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Sidlaw hills; it is about seven miles valley <strong>of</strong> Dighty, in <strong>the</strong> western part <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> county,<br />
N.W. from Dundee, and is bounded on <strong>the</strong> south by it is bounded on <strong>the</strong> east by Auchterhouse, oh <strong>the</strong><br />
Lis, on <strong>the</strong> south-east by Mains and Strathmartin, on south and west by Foulis, and on <strong>the</strong> north by <strong>the</strong><br />
he east by Teahng, on <strong>the</strong> west by Lundie, and on Sidlaw hills, which divide it from Ketlins and New-<br />
<strong>the</strong> north by Glamis. There is a parish church and tyle. Foulis Easter in Perthshire is united to this
