81. The unassailable (Duradharshah).<br />
By <strong>the</strong> Daityas.<br />
82. Knower <strong>of</strong> actions done (Kritajnah). (532)<br />
Good or bad <strong>of</strong> men ;<br />
or grateful as he confers emancipation<br />
on those that <strong>of</strong>fer him (in worship) even such<br />
insignificant objects as a leaf or a flower.<br />
83. The effort (Kritih).<br />
The human effort or <strong>the</strong> act itself. As <strong>the</strong> universal<br />
Soul, he is considered as being at <strong>the</strong> bottom <strong>of</strong> every act.<br />
84. Centred in his own glory (Atmavfin).<br />
The S'ruti (Cheha. Up., 7-24-1) says: "Where doth<br />
that immensity abide, my Lord ! It abideth in its own<br />
glory." (S'lo. 22)<br />
Vya. Atmas are Dasas-servants, vat— <strong>the</strong> possessor.<br />
Ka. He possesses those Souls (Atmans) who give<br />
up <strong>the</strong> idea that <strong>the</strong>ir bodies are (Atman).<br />
85. The Lord <strong>of</strong> Devas (Sures'ah).<br />
He is <strong>the</strong> Lord <strong>of</strong> thoSe that confer good.<br />
86. The refuge (Saranam).<br />
As he destroys <strong>the</strong> misery <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> miserable.<br />
87. Bliss (Sarma).<br />
Being Supreme Bliss.<br />
88. The Universal Cause (Visfvaretah).<br />
89. The source <strong>of</strong> all beings (Prajabhavah).<br />
90. The day (Ahah).<br />
Because He is <strong>the</strong> Light.<br />
He does not (a) destroy {ha) <strong>the</strong> people who are His.
