Adding a
Subproject
Working With Subprojects
3 Select the subproject to create, or enter the name for the subproject, for
example, applications.pj.
4 Click OK.
The subproject appears in a Project or Sandbox window.
You can now add members to the subproject as you would with a project.
When a subproject has been dropped from a project the subproject’s
historical information remains. The Subproject > Add command allows you
to re-add a dropped subproject.
NOTE
In a variant sandbox, you cannot add an existing subproject that does not have
the variant defined.
To add a subproject in the graphical user interface
1 With a Project or Sandbox window open, select the project or sandbox
you want to add the subproject to.
2 From a Project window, select Project > Subproject > Add.
From a Sandbox window, select Project > Subproject > Add.
The Add Subproject Wizard appears.
