View Options<br />

To set view preferences in the graphical user interface<br />

1 From the Preferences dialog box, click the Views tab.<br />

The Views panel appears.<br />

2 From the View list, select a view to configure. The available views and<br />

their options are discussed in detail in the proceeding table.<br />

3 If necessary, select a view’s option check box.<br />

4 To restore a view’s default options, click Clear Local Settings.<br />

Modify options for the views as listed in the following table:<br />

Annotated Revision View Under Columns, you can select which columns you want displayed in the<br />

Annotated Revision view:<br />

Author displays the author of the revision.<br />

Labels displays revision labels.<br />

Revision Contents displays the text contained in a revision.<br />

C.P. ID displays the revision’s associated change package ID.<br />

Line displays the line number for each line of text in the revision (for use when<br />

Revision Contents is selected).<br />

Date displays the date each revision in the history was created.<br />

Revision displays the member’s revision number.<br />

Archive Information View Show Labels displays archive labels.<br />

Show Locks displays locks.<br />
