Chapter 7: Using Change Packages 208 If you want to find change packages using a filter, continue. To find a query using its ID, go to step 3. 2 You can search for change packages using the following filters: Closed finds change packages that are in a closed state. Open finds change packages that are in an open state. Created By finds change packages that were created by a specified user. Creation Date finds change packages that were created on a specified date. The default date is today. Click Change to specify another date using the Creation Date Filter. Closed Date finds change packages that were closed on a specified date. The default date is today. Click Change to specify another date using the Creation Date Filter. Member finds change packages that contain a specified member name. Project finds change packages whose members belong to a specified project. Summary finds change packages that contain specified text in the change package summary. u s e r g u i d e
Managing Change Packages Description finds change packages that contain specified text in the change package description. Entry Type finds change packages that contain a specified entry type. The possible types are Add, Drop, Lock, RenameFrom, RenameTo, Update. NOTE Lock tracking must be enabled to filter by the Lock entry type. The Entry Type filter only finds locks that were made from a Project window. Associated with Issue finds change packages that are associated with an Integrity Manager issue, if the integration is enabled. For more information, see “The Integrity Manager Integration” on page 339. To combine filters, select the desired filters, then select Logical AND or Logical OR to specify their relationship. To invert a filter (for example, search for change packages that do not have a project name), click the filter a second time and the ! symbol appears. When you are finished, go to step 5. 3 To find a change package by using the change package ID, click the By ID tab. The By ID panel is displayed. 209
