Chapter 12: Advanced Change Package Operations
408
When Developer 2 uses the Resync By CP command to resync main.c, his
sandbox is updated to show that main.c is at 1.2 and that main.h has also
been added to the project as part of CP22:1. To complete the update,
Developer 2 can check the files into his sandbox.
IMPORTANT
If the working file of the member you are resyncing has been modified,
Source Integrity asks you to confirm that you want to merge your
modifications into the working file. For more information on merging on a
resync, see “Automatic Merging on Resync” on page 320.
To resynchronize by CP in the graphical user interface
1 With a Sandbox window open, select one or more members that
contain member deltas.
2 Select Member > Resynchronize By CP.
If the working file is writable, you are asked to confirm overwriting it.
3 To resynchronize the member, click Yes. For multiple members, click
Yes to All.
The selected member is updated.
