Managing Revision Locks<br />

From the Project window, follow the procedure for Checking Out a<br />

Member (see “Checking Out a Member” on page 163) by specifying the<br />

revision number. Repeat to check out and lock other revisions.<br />

You can view a list of all of the members you have locked across all<br />

projects, even projects that you no longer have permissions to access. You<br />

can then remove unused locks.<br />

To manage revision locks in the graphical user interface and Web<br />

interface<br />

1 Select Tools > Manage My Locks.<br />

The Locks for <strong>User</strong> window appears.<br />

The Locks for <strong>User</strong> window displays the following information:<br />

Project displays the name and path of the project where the<br />

member revision was locked from. If the member revision was<br />

locked from a shared subproject, it is the subproject name and<br />

path that are displayed.<br />

Member Name displays the member name for the locked revision.<br />

Revision displays the locked revision number.<br />

Time displays the time the revision was locked<br />

You can also display other columns such as Archive Name, Host, <strong>User</strong>,<br />

Change Package ID, Sandbox, Development Path. For more<br />

information, see “View Preferences” on page 59.<br />
