Appendix A: Views, Windows, and Dialog Boxes Annotated Revision View Locks View 428 The Annotated Revision window displays the following information: Revision displays the revision number for each annotated block. Author displays the author of the revision. Date displays the date each member revision was created. Line displays the line number for each line of text in the revision. Revision Contents displays the text contained in each annotation block. To customize the fields displayed in the Annotated Revision window, see “View Preferences” on page 59. Select an annotation block, then from the History menu, select one of the following: Revision Information, see “Viewing and Editing Revision Information” on page 284. View Revision, see “Viewing a Member’s Working File or Revision” on page 291. View Member History, see “Viewing a Member History” on page 280. View Issue, see the Integrity Manager User Guide. View Change Package, see “Using Change Packages” on page 199. The Locks for User window displays the following information: Project displays the name and path of the project where the member revision was locked from. If the member revision was locked from a shared subproject, it is the subproject name and path that are displayed. Member Name displays the member name for the locked revision. Revision displays the locked revision number. Time displays the time the revision was locked You can also display other columns such as Archive Name, Host, User, Change Package ID, Sandbox, Development Path. For more information, see “View Preferences” on page 59. You can perform the following tasks: To delete a lock or locks, select a list item and then select Locks > Unlock. Registered Projects and Sandboxes Dialog Boxes (GUI) Registered Projects and Sandboxes Dialog Boxes (GUI) To refresh the list of locked revisions, select Locks > Refresh. The list is updated. To change the user (GUI only) whose locks are displayed, select Locks > Change User. The Retrieve All Locks for a User dialog box appears. From the Locker list, select the name of the user whose locks you want to view, then click OK. The user’s locks are displayed in the Locks for User window. The Registered Projects and Registered Sandboxes dialog boxes allow you to open, create, import, and drop projects or sandboxes. When you switch views from a Registered Projects or Registered Sandboxes dialog box to another dialog box or window, the Registered Projects or Registered Sandboxes dialog box is no longer visible, but it is still accessible from the taskbar. The Registered Projects dialog box contains one tab, Regular, that displays projects used for regular development. The Registered Sandboxes dialog box contains three tabs that display different types of sandboxes. The Registered Projects and Sandboxes dialog boxes support standard shortcut menus. To display the menu of actions you can perform, select a project or sandbox and right click. Source Integrity displays the applicable shortcut menu. 429
