Viewing a Member’s Working File or Revision<br />

5 To add a label, if it already exists, to another revision, click OK (for<br />

multiple members, click OK to All).<br />

The revision label is added.<br />

If you have assigned the wrong label to a revision, you can delete that label<br />

either through the graphical user interface or the command line interface.<br />

To delete a revision label from a revision in the graphical user<br />

interface and Web interface<br />

1 With a Member History window open, do one of the following:<br />

Select History > Delete Label.<br />

Click .<br />

TIP<br />

You can also delete a label using the Revision Information dialog box, as<br />

described in “Viewing and Editing Revision Information” on page 284.<br />

The Delete Label dialog box appears.<br />

2 From the Label list, select a label to delete, for example, Draft1.<br />

3 To accept the deleted label, click OK (for multiple members, click OK<br />

to All).<br />

The revision label is deleted.<br />

Viewing a Member’s Working File or<br />

Revision<br />

When you view a revision, Source Integrity copies the revision to a readonly<br />

temporary file and opens it for you. The temporary file is not the<br />

revision. If you make changes to the file and want to save it, the actual<br />

revision is not modified.<br />
