Annotated<br />

The Annotated Revision window displays the following information:<br />

Revision displays the revision number for each annotated block.<br />

Author displays the author of the revision.<br />

Date displays the date each member revision was created.<br />

Line displays the line number for each line of text in the revision.<br />

Revision Contents displays the text contained in each annotation<br />

block.<br />

To customize the fields displayed in the Annotated Revision window, see<br />

“View Preferences” on page 59.<br />

Select an annotation block, then from the History menu, select one of the<br />

following:<br />

Revision Information, see “Viewing and Editing Revision Information”<br />

on page 284.<br />

View Revision, see “Viewing a Member’s Working File or Revision” on<br />

page 291.<br />

View Member History, see “Viewing a Member History” on page 280.<br />

View Issue, see the Integrity Manager <strong>User</strong> <strong>Guide</strong>.<br />

View Change Package, see “Using Change Packages” on page 199.<br />

The Locks for <strong>User</strong> window displays the following information:<br />

Project displays the name and path of the project where the member<br />

revision was locked from. If the member revision was locked from a<br />

shared subproject, it is the subproject name and path that are<br />

displayed.<br />

Member Name displays the member name for the locked revision.<br />

Revision displays the locked revision number.<br />

Time displays the time the revision was locked<br />

You can also display other columns such as Archive Name, Host, <strong>User</strong>,<br />

Change Package ID, Sandbox, Development Path. For more information,<br />

see “View Preferences” on page 59.<br />

You can perform the following tasks:<br />

To delete a lock or locks, select a list item and then select Locks ><br />

Unlock.<br />

The revision is unlocked.<br />
