Performing Member Operations
To resynchronize a member in the graphical user interface
1 With a Sandbox window open, select one or more members that
contain member deltas.
2 Do one of the following:
Select Member > Resynchronize.
Click .
If you have made changes to your working file (without a lock), and
then attempt to check out the member, the Confirm Working File
Update dialog box appears. If you want to retain your changes in the
working file, click Yes (Yes to All for multiple members). If you do not
want to retain your changes in the working file, click No (No to All for
multiple members).
If the working file is writable, you will be asked to confirm
overwriting it.
When working in your sandbox, you can also apply the
Resynchronize By CP command. When you select a member and use
Resynchronize By CP, Source Integrity automatically searches the
change package associated with the member you are resynchronizing
and then brings the changes from the project to your sandbox. If the
member you want to resynchronize has more than one change
package associated with it (different change packages can exist for
each revision of a member), you must apply the Resynchronize By CP
command for each change package associated with the member. For
more information on resynchronizing by change package, see “Using
the Resync By CP Command” on page 405.
