Source Integrity Graphical User Interface
To see a list of recently used project and sandbox files, select File from the
menu bar. Recently used files are displayed in a numbered list at the
bottom of the File menu.
Toolbar
Immediately below the menu bar is a toolbar that provides easy access to
the most commonly used Source Integrity commands.
You can configure the toolbar to suit your needs. For information on
configuring the toolbar, see “Configuring the Source Integrity Toolbars”
on page 78.
Most toolbar buttons only become available when an item is selected in a
certain window. For example, selecting a project in a Project window
displays project command toolbar buttons.
ToolTips, which explain the function of each toolbar button, appear when
you hold the mouse pointer over the button.
Project or Sandbox Window
Project and Sandbox windows display the project members and hierarchy
for projects registered with the Integrity Server.
The Project window gives you access to project-level functions and a
limited number of member-level functions. The Sandbox window mirrors
the content of the project and allows you to manage the project and work
directly with its members. Typically, you create your own Sandbox for a
selected project and then work with that project through your Sandbox.
For more information on Sandbox and Project windows, see “Project and
Sandbox Windows (GUI)” on page 410.
TIP
When items in the Name column are too large to see in the current column
width, place the mouse pointer over the item to view a ToolTip of the full
name.
Shortcut Menu
Source Integrity supports standard shortcut menus. To display the menu
of actions you can perform on a selected item, select and right click:
a member in a Project or Sandbox window
a revision in a Project or Member History window
