To sort a column in the graphical user interface
Do one of the following:
Click the column heading.

The sort order inverts and the members are sorted accordingly.
Right click the column heading and select Sort > Ascending or Sort >
Descending.
The sort order is changed and the members are sorted accordingly.
Adding, Removing, and Repositioning Columns
You can change the columns that appear in your windows. You can add
and remove columns or change the order in which they appear within the
window.
To add a column in the graphical user interface
Do one of the following:
Right click a column heading and select the column you want to add
from the menu, for example Attributes.
The column appears in the window.
Right click a column heading and select Columns.
The Columns dialog appears where you can select the column that you
want to add from the Not Visible list and add it to the Visible list by
clicking . Click OK to finish the operation.
The column appears in the window.
To remove a column in the graphical user interface
Do one of the following:
Right click the column you want to remove and select Hide.
The column is removed from the window.
Right click a column heading and select Columns.
The Columns dialog appears where you can select the column you
want to remove from the Visible list and add it to the Not Visible list by
clicking . Click OK to finish the operation.
The column is removed from the window.
