To sort a column in the graphical user interface<br />

Do one of the following:<br />

Click the column heading.<br />

Source Integrity Graphical <strong>User</strong> Interface<br />

The sort order inverts and the members are sorted accordingly.<br />

Right click the column heading and select Sort > Ascending or Sort ><br />

Descending.<br />

The sort order is changed and the members are sorted accordingly.<br />

Adding, Removing, and Repositioning Columns<br />

You can change the columns that appear in your windows. You can add<br />

and remove columns or change the order in which they appear within the<br />

window.<br />

To add a column in the graphical user interface<br />

Do one of the following:<br />

Right click a column heading and select the column you want to add<br />

from the menu, for example Attributes.<br />

The column appears in the window.<br />

Right click a column heading and select Columns.<br />

The Columns dialog appears where you can select the column that you<br />

want to add from the Not Visible list and add it to the Visible list by<br />

clicking . Click OK to finish the operation.<br />

The column appears in the window.<br />

To remove a column in the graphical user interface<br />

Do one of the following:<br />

Right click the column you want to remove and select Hide.<br />

The column is removed from the window.<br />

Right click a column heading and select Columns.<br />

The Columns dialog appears where you can select the column you<br />

want to remove from the Visible list and add it to the Not Visible list by<br />

clicking . Click OK to finish the operation.<br />

The column is removed from the window.<br />
