Integrity Manager extends the concept of defect tracking to include
support for managing components, tasks, and a complex workflow. This is
particularly important when your organization has implemented a
Software Configuration Management (SCM) process for the proposal,
review, and approval of all software changes. Source Integrity supports the
managing of components and tasks in change packages. For more
information on change packages, see “Using Change Packages” on
page 199.
As part of the complete MKS Integrity Solution, Integrity Manager allows
you to associate issues with Source Integrity change packages. Your
administrator configures Source Integrity to allow change packages,
enables the Integrity Manager integration, and then defines the issue types
that can use change packages.
