Open change packages are allowed when resynchronizing change packages.
The option for Allow Open Change Packages is enabled by default. You can
disable this option by clearing the check box.
Available information is displayed in the panel as follows:
Tab Table Columns
Change Packages C.P. ID is the identification number of the change package
(in the form x:y, where x is the container ID (if the
Integrity Manager integration is enabled, it is also the issue
ID, and y is the change package index number).
State is the state of the change package, whether open or
closed.
Summary is the summary description of the issue
associated with the change package.
