Change Packages View
For more information on working with change packages, see “The
Integrity Manager Integration” on page 339 and “To view a change
package’s issue in the Web interface” on page 346.
The Integrity Manager Web interface opens and displays the issue
associated with the change package. Through the Actions menu, you can
also view a revision, a member history, revision information, and member
differences.
The Change Packages and Manage Change Packages window display
information in the same way. The Manage Change Packages window only
displays change your open change packages (see “Managing Change
Packages” on page 206), whereas the Change Packages window displays
all change packages queried (see “Finding Change Packages” on page 207).
By default, the Manage Change Packages window displays the following
information:
ID displays the change package ID.
Issue displays the issue ID if change packages are enabled.
Creator displays the username who created the change package.
State displays current state of the change package, which can be Open
or Closed.
Summary displays the summary statement for the change package.
Additional columns are available in the client preferences. To change the
displayed columns, see “View Preferences” on page 59.
From the Manage Change Packages window, you can perform the
following tasks using the Change Package menu:
View Change Package entries and information (see “Viewing Change
Package Details and Entries” on page 211)
View Issue that is associated with the change package (see “Viewing a
Change Package’s Issue” on page 346)
Submit the change package (see “Submitting Change Packages” on
page 221)
Close a Change Package (see “Closing a Change Package” on
page 219)
Edit an existing Change Package (see “Editing a Change Package” on
page 217)
Create a new Change Package (see “Creating a Change Package” on
page 203)
