To customize the main toolbar in the graphical user interface
1 Select Tools > Preferences.
The Preferences dialog box opens.
2 Under the General tab in the Look And Feel area, click .
The Configure main toolbar dialog box opens.
You can customize the main toolbar in the following ways:
To add a button to the main toolbar, under Available Buttons,
select the desired button. Then under Toolbar Contents, select the
button you want the new button to appear below.
Click .
The target button is moved to the list of Toolbar Contents and
appears on the main toolbar.
To remove a button from the main toolbar, under Toolbar
Contents, click to highlight the target button and then
click .
The target button is moved to the list of Available Buttons and no
longer appears on the main toolbar.
To add a separator, under Toolbar Contents, click to highlight the
button you want the separator to appear below, then under
Available Buttons, select a separator.
Click .
A separator is added at the specified location under Toolbar
Contents.
On the main toolbar, the separator is positioned to the right of the
existing button or separator. You can remove the separator the
same way as removing a button.
To change the sequence of a button or separator, remove it from
the Available Buttons list and then add it to the desired location.
3 To accept the changes, click OK.
The Configure main toolbar dialog box closes.
4 To close the Preferences dialog box, click OK.
Your changes display immediately on the main toolbar. The target
button no longer appears on the main toolbar.
