Setting Preferences<br />

Change Package View Show Committed displays entries that contain changes that have been<br />

committed to the repository.<br />

Show Uncommitted displays deferred entries that have not been submitted and<br />

therefore committed to the repository. Also displays lock entries if TrackLocks is<br />

enabled.<br />

Under Columns, you can select which columns you want displayed in the<br />

Change Package View:<br />

Archive displays the archive name of member in the change package entry.<br />

Project displays the name and path of the project where the member revision<br />

change package entry occurred. If the entry occurred from a shared subproject, it<br />

is the subproject name and path that are displayed.<br />

Server displays the host name of the server the entry was made on.<br />

Date Changed displays the date the entry was made.<br />

Revision displays the number of the revision in the change package entry.<br />

Type is the entry type of the change package entry. The possible types are Add,<br />

Drop, Lock, Rename, Update, Deferred Add, Deferred Check In,<br />

Deferred Rename.<br />

Member displays name of the member in the change package entry.<br />

Sandbox displays the name of the sandbox where the deferred operation or<br />

check out took place.<br />

Variant displays the name of the variant development path (if a variant was used)<br />

the change package entry occurred on.<br />

Change Packages View Under Columns, you can select which columns you want displayed in the<br />

Change Packages View:<br />

Closed Date displays the date the change package was closed.<br />

Description displays the description provided for the change package.<br />

Issue displays the issue ID if the Integrity Manager integration is enabled.<br />

State displays current state of the change package, which can be Open or<br />

Closed.<br />

Created Date displays the date the change package was created.<br />

ID displays the change package ID.<br />

Reason is only relevant when applying change packages, and is not used in the<br />

standalone Change Packages view.<br />

Summary displays the summary statement for the change package.<br />

Creator displays the username who created the change package.<br />

Is Resolution displays yes if the change package is a resolution change<br />

package, and no if it is not.<br />

Resolutions represent the list of change packages that the target change<br />

package addresses.<br />
