30.84.010 Description and purpose.
The M 1 zone is intended as a zone for restricted
industrial development including research. development
and testing, limited manufacturing, assembly
and service activilies in conformance with the comprehensive
general plan of the city. In order to
protect the public health, safety and generaJ welfare.
landscaping and performance standards' have been
established to foster compatibility between uses and
the orderly and planned use of land resources. (Prior
code § 30-2500)
30.84.020 Permitted primary uses and
structures.
a, No building, structure or land shall be used
and no building, structure or use in the M I zone
shall be erected. structurally altered. enlarged or
