severity of significant effects identified in the EIR.
The environmental analyses in this Addendum review each of the environmental subjects
evaluated in the EIR, first summarizing the fmdings of the EIR, then analyzing specific impacts
of the DreamWorks Animation Campus. In all cases, the purpose of the Addendum is to
determine whether the project's impacts had been sufficiently contemplated in the EIR regarding
the larger Redevelopment Plan and whether those impacts would or would not be significant
environmental impacts, in their own right. Mitigation measures are identified as and if
applicable. Where significant adverse impacts are identified, a determination is made as to
whether implementation of the mitigation measures will reduce impacts to acceptable nonsignificant
levels.
